The inaugural MAPS (Markets & Allocators Private Summit) brought together the experts shaping the conversation on private markets — revisit the day, its programme, and its speakers below.
On 21 July 2026, MAPS convened its inaugural edition at Marina Bay Sands — an invitation-only room of more than 120 family offices, institutional allocators, and general partners from across Asia and beyond.
Across a single day, a keynote and more than twenty sessions carried the conversation from family office capital and private credit to venture, real assets, and the niche strategies where the next alpha hides — led by 40 speakers, moderators, and panelists, and continued through conversations that ran well past the closing cocktail reception.

Mia is a Partner at HashKey Capital, leading the firm's Hong Kong business with a focus on liquid funds and serving as Head of VC Portfolio and Ecosystem. She previously led portfolio management at Binance Labs, building deep expertise in Web3 ecosystem growth, following a foundation in consulting at McKinsey.
Xiao Xiao is an Investment Partner at HashKey Capital, with more than seven years of experience across VC and PE. She previously served as Chief Analyst at Huobi Research, and worked at Hon Hai Capital Management and Butler Capital Partners. She is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and Wuhan University.
Sean brings 24 years of investment experience across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and venture capital. He spent 17 years at a leading sovereign wealth fund, working on global deals across the US, Europe, and Asia, including several landmark transactions.
P.R. is the Founder & Managing Partner of Yu Galaxy, a Silicon Valley venture firm backing visionary founders at the earliest stages. A scientist turned entrepreneur turned investor, he has backed 100+ founders across healthcare, robotics, AI, and infrastructure — many already improving lives in over 50 countries.
Benjamin is Chief Investment Officer of GOCI, a Singapore-based investment and advisory firm. With over 20 years across private banking, investment advisory, and fund management, he advises ultra-high-net-worth families and single family offices across Asia-Pacific on investment strategy, private credit, and intergenerational wealth — with earlier senior roles at Citi, Thirdrock Capital, and Racson Capital.
Lawrence is the founder and a partner at Cedar Trace, CEO and CIO of Cedar Trace Capital Management, and founder and CIO of Mereo. He was previously Head of Research at Tekmerion Capital Partners, Director of Cross Commodities at Castleton Commodities International, and an investment professional at Bridgewater Associates.
Keith is Head of Trust Services at Ascentium Trust Singapore, administering complex multi-jurisdiction trust structures with a focus on Singapore. With over 20 years in cross-border trust solutions, restructuring, and contentious trust matters, he works extensively with Asian private clients on family wealth and succession planning. He is treasurer of STEP Singapore.
Fergus is Head of ILS at Cedar Trace. He joined from IQUW, where he led portfolio management and third-party capital, and was previously Chief Underwriting Officer for retrocession at Bernina Re and a Partner at Securis Investment Partners — drawing on over a decade in property reinsurance underwriting at Antares and Brit.
William is Chairman of SKM VC, where the CDIB-SKM Fund — a co-GP between Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and China Development Industrial Bank — reached its target in just over six months. He previously held roles at Morgan Stanley and PE firm AB Value, and served as Senior Investment Director for Thailand's CP Group.
Ciaran is the Chief Commercial Officer of HySights, leading its commercial strategy, partnerships, and customer acquisition. A recognised authority on global commodity markets, he brings 17 years across LNG, power, steel, crude oil, battery metals, and shipping — with deep expertise in complex data agreements and licensing, and regular commentary on CNBC, the BBC, and Bloomberg.
Greg is the CEO and co-founder of HySights, leading its growth and strategy. Previously he co-founded MyRepublic — one of Asia's fastest-growing telecom providers — driving its S$200M broadband exit to StarHub as Chief Corporate Development Officer. Originally trained as a lawyer, he brings a 20-year track record of building businesses across Asia.
Carson runs the fund-of-funds at CrossRange Investments, backing top-tier emerging and spinout GPs. Across nearly a decade as an LP — with earlier roles at Greenspring, SITFO, and a large European single family office — he has backed managers from micro funds to high-profile spinouts including Theory Ventures, Audacious, Lowercarbon, Air Street, 776, Nebular, and Steel Atlas.
Ricardo founded Spectra Investments in 2012 and has built it into one of Latin America's leading private markets firms, with over USD 1.3 billion under management. His work spans secondaries, search funds, venture capital, growth equity, and special situations — drawing on earlier experience at Global Infrastructure Partners and GP Investments.
A DeepTech expert with a PhD in Machine Learning and two deep tech funds managed previously, Stefano combines technical precision with investment acumen. His development of advanced data-driven intelligence platforms positions Tau Capital at the forefront of identifying and backing breakthrough innovations.

She previously held roles at HarbourVest Partners, Schroders, and UBS.
Dan is Chief Investment Officer of Coastal Ridge, overseeing the firm's real estate investment platform and strategy with nearly two decades of experience. He previously spent 10 years at Heitman Capital Management across the US and Asia-Pacific, closing more than $4.5 billion of acquisitions — and has acquired over $7 billion of real estate across his career.
Przemysław is Managing Partner and CIO at Accession Capital Partners, which pioneered mezzanine finance in Central Europe in 2000 and has raised over EUR 1.3bn across six funds. With 20+ years in regional private equity and corporate finance, he sits on the boards of Domino's Poland, SMYK, Tatuum, and others, following earlier roles at Ernst & Young.
Ludwig has been part of the Investor Relations team at Accession Capital Partners since 2023, contributing to the successful closes of the firm's four latest funds. He studied Politics and International Relations at University College London (UCL), completing internships across politics, foreign affairs, and finance.
Willie is Managing Director at Dicree, a MAS-licensed Singapore financial group spanning brokerage, investment management, and digital assets, with over 25 years across Asia's capital markets. He previously served as Managing Director at QRAFT Technologies and AQUMON, and began his career at China's State Administration of Foreign Exchange, managing part of the country's foreign reserves.
Raj is a Director at BluFin, working on the company's direct-deals business across venture capital, growth capital, and private credit. He previously worked in private equity, venture capital, and wealth management, with experience on buy-side transactions of various sizes and a keen interest in spacetech and media.
Lim Wee Bin is Group CEO of Dicree, with close to 40 years in international banking across debt and equity markets, M&A advisory, and asset securitisation. He previously held senior roles at N.M. Rothschild, UOB Asia, and OCBC — covering Singapore, London, New York, and Oslo.
Adam is Founder and Managing Partner of Lazar Capital Management, overseeing US and Asia private-equity real estate strategy with over 25 years of buy-side acquisition experience. He previously led European real estate acquisitions for SpectraSite in London and managed a $110 million pan-Asian fund at Unifund.
Steven is a Partner at Blauwpark Partners, with nearly a decade of private equity and investment experience across Asia and global markets. He previously served as Senior Vice President at Unigestion and Principal at Partners Capital, and began his career at StepStone Group in Beijing.
Cathy is Managing Director at Berkeley International, overseeing strategy and business development across China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, with over nine years at the firm. She previously spent seven-plus years at Deloitte UK across Sydney and London, focused on real estate and infrastructure clients.
J.P. is a General Partner on Frazier Healthcare Partners' Structured Solutions team, which he joined in 2024. He previously spent over five years at SVB Capital as Senior Managing Director — focused on leveraged buyout, growth capital, and venture debt across healthcare and technology — following senior roles at Comerica's Technology and Life Sciences Division.
Maverick is an Independent Director of Franklin Templeton Sealand Fund Management, with over 20 years in private equity — including roles as Managing Director and COO of CBC Group, and Managing Director in GIC's Private Equity division heading Funds and Co-investments for Asia and the Americas.
Phil is CEO of Conduit Securities, a regulated capital markets platform within Conduit Group, with nearly a decade at the helm overseeing capital markets, regulatory governance, and strategic development. He previously served on the Board of Commissioners of Tullett Prebon Indonesia and spent close to eight years at Tullett Prebon.
Coen is Head of Maritime, Industrial Decarbonization at HySights. From leading greenfield infrastructure at Vopak to advancing Singapore's low-carbon methanol bunkering ecosystem, he has been at the centre of the maritime industry's major energy-transition builds — with hands-on experience across LNG, liquid CO₂, hydrogen carriers, and renewable maritime fuels.
Soyena is Director of Funds at Finex Hong Kong, where she leads the fund product specialist team and oversees fund due diligence, drawing on prior experience across asset management and investment research. She holds a Master's in Finance from the National University of Singapore.
Avinash is Head of Investor Relations at BluFin Advisory, a Hong Kong-based placement agent specialising in private-markets fundraising across Asia-Pacific, where he leads investor relations and roadshow execution for institutional fund clients across private credit, healthcare, and pension mandates. He previously spent four years at Goldman Sachs' Global Markets Division.
